If you have a pen that needs repair, please securely pack it in a hard box, insure the package, and ship it to us for a free repair estimate. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and a note explaining the issues or work you'd like done on the pen.

WHILE OPTIONAL, WE RECOMMEND EMAILING US A PHOTO OF THE PEN ALONG WITH A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUES OR WORK YOU'D LIKE DONE BEFORE SENDING IT TO US.

No work will be done on your pen without your approval.

If you choose not to proceed with the repairs, we will return your pen, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for repairs to be completed upon your approval.
