Pricing, Discounts & Services
We keep pricing transparent and competitive, with automatic volume discounts based on your total spend:
- Orders up to $500: 5% discount
- Orders from $501 to $1,000: 7% discount
- Orders from $1,001 to $2,000: 9% discount
- Orders from $2,001 to $3,000: 10% discount
- Orders from $3,001 to $5,000: 15% discount
- Orders from $5,001 to $10,000: 20% discount
Setup Fees:
- Logo adjustment (if needed): $45
- Laser engraving machine setup: $65
- Complimentary setup on orders over $2,000
Engraving (per pen, per type/location):
- Up to $3,000: $4.85
- $3,001 to $5,000: $3.00
- Over $5,000: Complimentary engraving
Wrapping:
- Flat rate of $3.00 per pen (any quantity)
We handle everything in-house—from logo preparation to engraving and optional gift wrapping—so we can oversee quality at every step.
Production & Shipping
Turnaround Time:
Standard production takes 7–10 business days after final proof approval. Larger or complex orders may take longer. Need it sooner? We offer express service for an additional rush fee, depending on the size and urgency of your order.
Shipping Options:
We ship domestically and internationally via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Expedited delivery is available, and if you're local to our New York shop, in-store pickup is welcome.
Proof Approval & Customization
Before we begin engraving, we’ll send you a digital proof to review and approve. This ensures your logo placement and text appear exactly how you envision. Once approved, we begin production.
Minimum Orders & Flexibility
There’s no strict minimum quantity—you can order exactly what your event or campaign requires. Larger orders unlock deeper discounts and complimentary services, and we’re happy to guide you to the best value based on your budget.
Cancellations & Returns
Because each item is custom-engraved, all sales are final once production begins. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us before you approve the proof. We’re here to help resolve any concerns and stand behind the quality of your order.
