Following the success of the Comedia collection, Visconti embarks on a new journey through Dante’s immortal masterpiece, the Divine Comedy. This special limited edition is dedicated to the timeless figures that have represented the human soul throughout centuries of literature and history. The first two protagonists in this ongoing series—Virgilio and Caronte—pay homage to the guiding wisdom and the unrelenting force of fate that shape the journey of the afterlife.

Virgilio, the venerable poet and Dante’s unwavering guide through Inferno and Purgatorio, embodies reason, wisdom, and the pursuit of knowledge. Always depicted in a flowing white tunic and crowned with laurel, Virgilio is now immortalized in a writing instrument that reflects his timeless elegance.

The Virgilio pen features a refined acrylic resin body in shades of ivory, transitioning into hints of laurel green and touches of fire red, symbolizing wisdom and the passion for enlightenment. Adorned with bright yellow gold trims, this pen is a tribute to the poet’s noble spirit. The central ring is engraved and enameled with Virgilio’s name, a signature of his eternal legacy. The finial, a unique case for a Visconti collection, also features a refined enameling.

Also in this case, Caronte’s name is engraved and enameled on the central ring, just as the cap’s finial is also finely engraved and enameled.

Both Virgilio and Caronte pens are available in fountain pen, rollerball, and ballpoint versions, each strictly limited to 999 pieces.
