Repair Service
If your pen needs some TLC, you’ve come to the right place. To begin, please fill out the repair form below and then securely pack your pen in a sturdy box, insure the package, and ship it to us. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and a short note describing the issues or work you’d like done.
While it’s optional, we recommend emailing us a photo of your pen along with a detailed description before sending it in. This helps us better understand the problem and prepare for your repair.
Once your pen arrives, our team will examine it and provide you with a free repair estimate. No work is done without your approval. If you decide not to proceed, we’ll send your pen back (return shipping will be your responsibility).
Turnaround Time: Repairs typically take about 4–6 weeks from the time you approve the estimate.
We do receive a lot of “patients” here at the Fountain Pen Hospital, so please expect a bit of a wait—think of it like a busy emergency room, but with nibs and ink instead of bandages.
If you can’t wait, we completely understand, but we recommend exploring other options.
