The Regal Year of the Dragon collection makes pioneering use of Juma® resin in four editions and is confined solely to fountain pens. Juma® is an expressive, man-made material developed to substitute ivory and antler in applications like knife and weapon grips, and can be engineered to display biophilic, scale-like structures—features that make it an intuitive and engaging choice for this collection.

More pragmatic and inclusive than the Imperial edition, this lifestyle-oriented collection comprises four variants on two tiers. Royal Purple leads the pack, and stands apart with its vermeil trim, yellow-gold nib and a narrower edition of only 333 pieces. One tier below, other colours in the collection are Laguna Blue, Mamba Green and Indigo, each paired with steel trim in editions of 888 pieces.

Save for Royal Purple’s preference for yellow gold over white gold, all variants in the collection are issued with identical writing specifications. Each offers cartridge/converter filling, an ⌀8mm custom ‘hungry dragon’ nib in 18K gold (EF, F, M, B, Stub 1.1) and an ebonite feed. All variants are supplied in our Premium case.
