Our Repair Process

Submit the Form: Start by filling out the form on this page.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated email with your order number and additional instructions.

Initial Review: A technician will review your request and may follow up with questions or request photos of your pen.

Serviceability Check: We will determine if the pen is serviceable based on your information and photos.

Shipping Authorization: If serviceable, we will invite you to send the pen. DO NOT SHIP YOUR PEN WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION from our repair center.

Shipping Fee: An initial $10 fee (covering return shipping) is required before you mail your pen.

Physical Evaluation: Once received, we will physically inspect the pen to confirm it can be repaired.

Estimate & Approval: You will receive a repair estimate. Work only begins once you approve, by paying the cost and scope of the repair.

Repair Timeline: Repairs generally take 4–6 weeks FROM THE DATE of approval.

Completion: We will notify you when the repair is finished to arrange return shipping or local pickup.
