Our Repair Process

Submit the Form: Start by filling out the form on this page.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated email with your order number and additional instructions. You can also request a print out of the order to our sales person.

Hand your pen(s) to our staff: Please give the pen(s) you want repaired to our staff. Staff will verify your request and the pen(s) before taking possession. Staff will ask for your order number or name and will print an order form to place with your pens for our technicians’ review.

Initial Review: Our technicians will review your pen and may follow up with specific questions. The initial review can take to up to one week from the day the pen was dropped off at the store.

Physical Evaluation: Once received, we will physically inspect the pen to confirm it can be repaired.

Shipping Fee: A $10 fee(covering return shipping) will be added to your invoice if you opt to have the pen shipped back to you.

Estimate & Approval: You will receive a repair estimate. Work begins only after you approve the cost and scope of the repair.

Repair Timeline: Repairs generally take 6–8 weeks FROM THE DATE OF APPROVAL.

Completion: We will notify you when the repair is finished and arrange return shipping or local pickup. A $10 fee(covering return shipping) will be added to your invoice if you opt to have the pen shipped back to you. International shipping rates vary. If you choose pickup, there is no additional shipping fee.
