This commemorative fountain pen, issued in 1996, honors the 250th anniversary of the birth of Francisco de Goya (1746), the most universal of all Spanish artists.
Manufactured in Tuscan red resin, it has the name Goya engraved on the cap band and the dates 1746/1996 engraved on the section.
